About

A Bangkok practice for service desk reporting

Cloud Routecore Co., Ltd. was established in 2017 to help support leaders present ticket, SLA, and backlog stories that hold up under executive questioning.

Official name & history

The official registered business name is Cloud Routecore Co., Ltd. We opened in 2017 from a small Pathum Wan studio after years spent inside hospitality and logistics support floors — watching Monday packs grow longer while the useful signal stayed buried.

Early work focused on rewriting weekly briefings for a single Bangkok service desk. Demand for shared metric dictionaries and queue scorecards followed. Today the practice still stays deliberately narrow: customer support reporting for service desks, delivered as human engagements rather than product releases.

How we work

We begin with the packs you already produce. Interviews separate what queue leads need from what directors skim. Design work happens on paper and slides your team already owns; we do not ask anyone to learn a new product surface mid-quarter.

Definitions are written in plain language and tested by two people before visuals are polished. Handoffs include refresh steps and a named owner so the pack does not silently depend on us.

People

Nalinee Srisuk leads briefing design and client readouts. She previously ran reporting for a multi-queue hospitality desk and still drafts the first narrative pass on most weekly retainers.

Arthit Wongsawat owns metric dictionaries and scorecard logic. He spent a decade in ITSM governance roles before joining Cloud Routecore in 2019.

Values we keep visible

  • Prefer a contested definition on the table over a beautiful chart with two clocks.
  • Write for the person who must answer a director in the room — not for an abstract “stakeholder.”
  • Leave ownership with the client’s reporting lead by the final walkthrough.
