Cut-off discipline
Weekly packs need a hard data cut-off — often Friday 17:00 ICT for a Monday 08:30 delivery. Late exports produce late narratives; we would rather note a missing feed than invent a number.
Monthly deep-dives allow a longer reconciliation window and a short readout call. They never replace the weekly rhythm; they explain patterns the weekly pack only flags.
