These terms govern use of cloud-routecore.click and professional engagements with Cloud Routecore Co., Ltd.
Acceptance
By using this website or commissioning work from Cloud Routecore Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you engage us under a separate written proposal, that proposal controls where it conflicts with this page.
Services described
Pages on this site describe professional reporting and analytics engagements for service desks. Pricing figures are guidance until confirmed in a written estimate. We do not sell software licenses through this site, and we do not process payments online.
Intellectual property
Site content, including copy and visual design, belongs to Cloud Routecore Co., Ltd. or its licensors. Deliverables created for a client are licensed for the client’s internal use as stated in the engagement letter. You may not republish our site materials as your own marketing without written permission.
Client responsibilities
Accurate ticket exports, timely access to reporting owners, and truthful descriptions of SLA targets remain your responsibility. Delays in providing agreed materials may shift delivery dates without constituting a breach by us.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from decisions made solely on the basis of reporting packs without your own operational judgment. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Website use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or submit unlawful content through forms. We may suspend access that threatens site integrity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from engagements booked through this site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
