How we structure a reporting review in Bangkok

Our Pathum Wan engagements follow a four-stage rhythm so service desk managers know what happens each week and what we need from them.

Week one is collection: sample packs, export fields, and a short calendar of who consumes each report. We prefer in-person kickoffs at our Pathum Wan studio when travel is easy; otherwise a focused remote session works.

Week two diagnoses contradictions. We sit with queue leads and one leadership consumer separately — they often describe different purposes for the same spreadsheet.

Weeks three and four rebuild the pack and walk the reporting owner through refresh steps. We leave a metric dictionary and a change-control note so a single formula tweak does not silently rewrite SLA history.

Engagements stay fixed-scope. If a ticketing migration appears mid-review, we pause and re-scope rather than stretching the original fee into unfinished work.

Clients who prepare three recent packs and a list of recurring leadership questions finish faster. The review cannot invent context the floor has never written down.
